Job summary

Johnson Controls invites UAE nationals to join its Emirati Engineering Program in Abu Dhabi. The two-year program features six assignments across key areas including installation, service operations and technical sales, with hands-on projects and client exposure.

You will develop skills in engineering concepts, CAD drawings, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration while benefiting from mentorship and a defined career path in a global leader in smart buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Willingness to participate in an Emirati Engineering Program.

Responsibilities

• Six assignments over two years focusing on Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales.
• Develop skills in engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and problem solving.
• Gain experience across Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales within the region.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Sustainability Engineering, or related fields.
