Description
  • Develop and implement Emiratisation strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR to identify key roles for national talent placement
  • Build strong relationships with government entities, universities, and talent networks
  • Design and manage programs that support Emirati career growth, retention, and succession planning
  • Monitor progress against Emiratisation KPIs and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and continuous development for UAE Nationals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across recruitment, learning, and performance functions
Profile
  • UAE National with Family Book
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in Emiratisation, talent management, or strategic HR roles
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and national workforce initiatives
  • Experience working in multinational or financial institutions is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change
