Qualifications

2 years of legal experience in a corporate in-house role or law firm.

Responsibilities

Handle legal matters regarding UAE distributors and review commercial agreements.
Participate in day-to-day legal activities for BYDs UAE subsidiaries.
Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.
Coordinate with external law firms on regulatory matters.
Monitor legislative updates and provide interpretations of policies.
