Job summary

Binance UAE in Dubai is seeking a Compliance professional to act as a key liaison with UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators and government authorities.

You will receive, assess, and coordinate information requests, ensure legal basis, preserve data, and support investigations into financial crime, sanctions, and cybercrime. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with strong stakeholder management skills and a meticulous approach to handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Experience with UAE law enforcement, regulators or authorities.
• Experience handling information requests, subpoenas or court orders.
• Background in law enforcement, government, financial crime, compliance, investigations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AML, financial crime, fraud, cybercrime or crypto investigations.
• Ability to work with sensitive and high-risk information.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for UAE law enforcement and government authorities.
• Receive, assess and coordinate responses to information requests from authorities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with UAE agencies and regulators.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Investigations, Security, Risk and Operations teams.
• Review and validate requests to ensure proper information and legal basis.
• Coordinate collection, preservation and secure disclosure of data for valid requests.
• Maintain records of requests, responses and case information.
• Support investigations into fraud, financial crime, money laundering, sanctions and cybercrime.
• Identify trends and risks from requests and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Help develop processes for managing UAE law enforcement engagements.
• Educate internal teams on information requests and response processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
• Stay updated on UAE laws and developments affecting digital assets.
