Responsibilities

• Collect parcels from warehouse and verify before delivery.
• Safely transport and deliver parcels to customers within timelines.
• Update delivery status in the required system.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service.
• Follow assigned routes and daily instructions.
• Report missing, damaged or undeliverable parcels to Operations.
• Maintain vehicle and report issues.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Achieve daily delivery targets and maintain attendance.
• Handle cash or payments where applicable.
• Coordinate with warehouse and Operations on issues.
