Job summary

Premier Brains Accounting and Auditing is seeking a Tax Manager to lead UAE Corporate Tax engagements, ensure timely compliance, and advise on free zone and group matters. You will supervise a tax team and collaborate with audit partners to deliver accurate, well-documented guidance.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of direct tax experience, ideally with a Big 4, mid-tier or other professional services firm.
• Hands-on UAE Corporate Tax experience, including returns and free zone assessments.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to explain technical matters clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Tax compliance engagements covering registrations, computations, returns and filing with the FTA.
• Advise on corporate tax implications, transfer pricing, group structures and new business set-ups.
• Engagement and team management: scope engagements, budgets, and coach team members.
• Coordinate with audit teams on tax provisions and IAS 12 disclosures; maintain high-quality working papers.
