Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required for entry-level.
• Fresh graduates (0–5 years) are eligible.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and site execution.
• Good communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision and monitoring of daily construction activities
• Support senior engineers in reviewing drawings specifications and technical documents
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on-site to ensure work quality and progress
• Prepare and update basic project reports quantity surveys and material tracking sheets
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes safety standards and quality requirements
• Participate in site measurements inspections and progress documentation
• Support project scheduling and coordination between design and execution teams
