Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is seeking experienced Bus Drivers to provide safe, punctual and professional passenger transportation. The role is full-time and based on-site in Dubai & Abu Dhabi with flexible shifts.

Key duties include completing passenger pick-ups and drop-offs, conducting daily safety checks, reporting vehicle defects, and assisting passengers with luggage. Must hold UAE driving licenses and have 2 years of UAE driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence No. 6 (Heavy Bus) or No. 5 (Light Bus).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE driving experience.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and basic English communication.
• Age 30–45 years.
• Reliable, well-groomed and flexible with duty schedules.

Responsibilities

• Complete passenger pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Follow traffic rules, defensive driving practices, and company safety standards.
• Report vehicle defects, maintenance needs, and incidents promptly.
• Provide courteous service and assist passengers with luggage.
