They will act as a mentor and guide to students, providing positive reinforcement and engaging activities to promote learning.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, with a degree in education or related field preferred. They need to be able to assess students’ needs and build individualized lesson plans that match the student’s abilities and interests. The individual should have excellent communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
