The successful applicant should possess excellent organizational and time-management skills in order to manage multiple projects. They must have an aptitude for teaching and an understanding of the specific needs of their students. A college degree in Education or related field is preferred, but not required. Previous experience as a tutor or teacher is highly desirable, as well as the ability to work with diverse student populations.
