Truck driver vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE

We are currently looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a truck to transport goods, materials, and other items from one location to another.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive truck to transport goods and materials over local, intercity, and long-distance routes as directed
2. Load and unload cargo at designated locations
3. Inspect vehicle before departing to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in proper working order
4. Follow all applicable traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record
5. Communicate with dispatch team regarding any potential delays or issues while on the road
6. Maintain detailed records of deliveries such as pick-up and drop-off times, route numbers, cargo information, etc.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role preferred
• Valid UAE driver’s license required (foreigners accepted)
• Ability to drive long hours if necessary with excellent time management skills
• Good knowledge of local roads and highways as well as applicable traffic laws
• Basic math skills required for accurate record keeping purposes
