Job Title: Truck Driver - Abu Dhabi, UAE



Position Overview:
Our company is currently seeking experienced and responsible Truck Drivers to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials from one location to another within the city of Abu Dhabi or across other cities within the UAE. This is a contract position that requires a valid Biometric passport and is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport goods and materials safely and timely to their designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on the roads
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections of the truck and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, cranes or pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of arrival and departure, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during the trip
- Communicate with dispatchers to plan routes and update them on any delays or changes in schedule
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork such as bills of lading, delivery receipts, and logbooks are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Truck Driver in a similar role
- Valid UAE truck driving license with clean driving record
- Must have a valid Biometric passport for international travel purposes
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
