Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Tribe Lead to own strategy and outcomes across one or more major product areas at WeBook.
This is a senior role for someone who can set direction across a portfolio, align multiple squads, and drive measurable customer and business impact.
You will shape the roadmap across areas, ensure coherent execution and raise the bar on product craft & quality.

Scope & Impact

Drive the strategy across one or more major product areas, connect it to company goals and unit economics, and translate it into aligned delivery across squads with strong stakeholder partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product strategy across one or more areas and shape the tribe(s) roadmap, ensuring decisions ladder to company priorities and clear outcomes.
  • Create alignment across squads and functions by setting common direction, resolving priority conflicts, and making tradeoffs explicit at tribe level.
  • Be the senior product voice for your areas with leadership and stakeholders, communicating clear narratives, choices, and results.
  • Identify and size the biggest opportunities using customer insight, market context, and commercial impact, then guide investment decisions accordingly.
  • Own portfolio outcomes and the metrics narrative: define the KPI set, build visibility through dashboards and reviews, and use it to steer tradeoffs and investment.
  • Lead complex cross functional initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, pace, and quality.
  • Raise the bar on product execution and ways of working: briefs, discovery standards, launch readiness, post launch learning, and decision hygiene.
  • Build durable systems that scale: operating cadences, governance forums, metrics, and feedback loops that keep multiple squads moving in one direction.
  • Coach and develop PM talent through mentoring, feedback, and clear standards.
  • This role has the potential to be on a management track which will involve hiring and performance management responsibilities as the org scales.
Qualifications
  • Proven product leader who has owned strategy and outcomes across a complex portfolio or multi squad scope.
  • Strong judgment and strategic clarity: sets direction, places smart bets, and makes tradeoffs that align senior leaders.
  • Commercial and data fluent: connects product decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Leads through influence: aligns Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams and drives decisions through clear narratives.
  • Bonus: multi market experience, marketplaces or ticketing or other transactional products, and building new product lines or scaling platforms.

Success looks like: clearer portfolio direction, fewer priority conflicts, faster decisions, measurable customer and business impact, and a higher bar for product craft and execution.
