Job summary

Tabby, UAE, is looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury, payments and reconciliation across multiple banking portals and ERP systems.

You will reconcile bank accounts, handle payment inquiries, support KYC/RFI with banks, and assist month-end close while ensuring accuracy under time pressure. The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, 1–3 years’ treasury experience, advanced Excel, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years in finance or treasury operations.
• Strong bank reconciliation, payment flows and cash management knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Wafeq/NetSuite) preferred.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations across group accounts in multiple countries and investigate discrepancies.
• Process payments and respond to payment status inquiries across banking systems and ERP.
• Support KYC/RFI requests, close bank accounts and maintain organized documentation.
• Assist month-end close activities and audits, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
