Innovo Group is seeking a Treasury Officer to assist in cash operations, bank reconciliations, and reporting within a growing finance team in Dubai. You will monitor daily cash movements, process payments, and ensure accurate treasury records, while supporting audits and maintaining bank account documentation.

The role requires 2-3 years in treasury or accounting, a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2-3 years of treasury or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of banking procedures and treasury fundamentals.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Cash Operations: Monitor and record daily cash movements across company bank accounts and process treasury payments.
• Bank Reconciliations: Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate unreconciled items; maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions.
• Reporting Support: Assist in preparing cash flow reports and liquidity summaries; compile data for treasury management reports.
• Banking Administration: Handle routine bank correspondence and queries; maintain updated records of bank accounts, signatories, and facilities.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with company treasury policies and approval workflows; support audits with required documentation.
• Innovation & Value Creation: Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes to improve efficiency and transparency; encourage innovative thinking to reduce costs.

Job Description:

Role Purpose

To assist in the execution of treasury operations including payment processing, cash monitoring, and bank reconciliations. The Treasury Officer supports the team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely treasury transactions.

Key Accountabilities

Daily Cash Operations

• Monitor and record daily cash movements across company bank accounts.
• Process treasury payments accurately and in accordance with authorisation limits.

Bank Reconciliations

• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate unreconciled items.
• Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions.

Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing cash flow reports and liquidity summaries.
• Compile data for treasury management reports.

Banking Administration

• Handle routine bank correspondence and queries.
• Maintain updated records of bank accounts, signatories, and facilities.

Compliance

• Ensure all transactions comply with company treasury policies and approval workflows.
• Support the team during audits by providing required documentation.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
