Hapag-Lloyd is seeking a senior treasury leader to oversee regional cash management, liquidity optimization, and FX risk across multiple jurisdictions. You will be the primary contact for banking partners, drive treasury technology adoption, and guide regional teams on complex treasury issues.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 10+ years in treasury with 3+ years in people management, strong Excel financial modeling, ERP proficiency, and excellent English

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive treasury and cash management experience, including 3+ years in senior or people-management role.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, liquidity, FX risk and bank relationship management.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Experience managing multiple bank relationships.
• Hands-on experience implementing treasury systems across multiple countries.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
