Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Middle East is seeking a Treasury & Credit Analyst to support the day-to-day operations and month-end reporting within the Treasury and Credit Management Team in Dubai. You will assist with cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and risk reporting.

Ideal candidates have a finance-related degree, strong Excel skills, and demonstrate organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving luxury goods environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often preferred.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask by managing deadlines.
• A dynamic and proactive personality, with strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and most particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily cash positioning and bank reconciliation.
• Preparing weekly credit reports highlighting overdues and risk exposure.
• Tracking credit card applications, cancellations, credit limit requirements.
• Minutes and follow up post Weekly AR Meetings with the brands.
• Ensuring compliance with treasury & credit management policies and internal controls.
• Maintaining documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements.
• Extracting and consolidating required reports from the local ERP and LVMH systems.
• Supporting on the preparation of the Cash Flow Forecasting and Treasury reports.
• Supporting on the corporate card reports.
• Collecting required information for DSO Calculation.
