A global automotive company in Dubai seeks a Treasury Associate to develop and execute various treasury initiatives, including capital planning and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong financial analysis, leadership, and communication skills are essential. This hybrid role requires working onsite at least three times per week, offering an opportunity to contribute to innovative financial solutions.
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office at minimum three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business and two times per week remote.
The Treasury Associate will contribute to the development and execution of various treasury initiatives and tasks including but not limited to capital planning liquidity & cash management debt & equity capital markets relationship management with banks & rating agencies FX commodities & interest hedging activity corporate special projects investments & structured finance auto finance pension funding and supplier finance risk management. The role demands strong financial analysis critical thinking skills strong communication skills the ability to grasp strategic issues to develop sophisticated problem-solving solutions leadership and maturity understanding of accounting principles self-directed work capability and effective relationship-building across the organization.
