• Deploy changes within defined service-level timelines.
• Verify topology changes are completed accurately.
• Track milestones and identify risks in real time.
• Escalate delays or dependencies to stakeholders.
• Maintain records of topology actions and launch status.
• Collect and analyze transportation and supply chain data.
• Analyze jurisdiction impacts to inform planning decisions.
