Job summary

Gheewala Human Resource Consultants seeks a Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily pharma logistics in Dubai. You will supervise and coordinate activities to ensure safe, timely delivery of pharmaceutical products, plan vehicle schedules, routes, and deliveries, and monitor drivers and vendors for performance.

You will maintain records, coordinate with warehouse, production and dispatch teams, resolve delays, and ensure compliance with safety and temperature-control standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
Plan vehicle schedules, routes, and deliveries while meeting delivery timelines.
Monitor drivers, vehicles, and transport vendors to ensure performance and compliance with company policies.
Ensure proper handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of pharmaceutical products according to safety and temperature-control standards.
Maintain transport records, delivery documents, vehicle logs, and other relevant paperwork.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Resolve transportation-related issues and delays.
