The Valuations & Economics team provides independent valuation and economic advisory services to support transactions, regulatory requirements, and strategic decision-making. We help clients understand the value of businesses, assets, and intellectual property, and assess economic impacts in a rapidly changing market.

How You’ll Contribute

As a Valuations & Economics Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing valuations of businesses, intangible assets, and financial instruments for transactions, financial reporting, and regulatory purposes
• Developing and reviewing financial models, including discounted cash flow and market-based approaches
• Conducting economic and industry research to support valuation assumptions
• Preparing high-quality valuation reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Collaborating with tax, legal, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Supporting business development activities through research and proposal contributionsManaging day-to-day engagement tasks and ensuring timely delivery of workstreams
• Coaching junior team members and sharing technical knowledge
• Driving quality and efficiency in engagement delivery
• Upholding PwC’s values and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in valuations, corporate finance, or economic advisory
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; master's degree is a plus
• Professional qualification such as CFA, ASA, or equivalent preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modelling
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• High level of adaptability and resilience in fast‑paced environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Your flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis, and frequent overnight stays may be required.
