Job summary

Crédit Agricole SA in Dubai invites applications for a Transaction Banking Analyst F/M (VIE). Based in Dubai, you will support global cash management, profitability analysis, client onboarding coordination, and cross-sell opportunities within ITBMEA.

You will participate in pitches, client meetings, and internal reporting; fluency in English and French is expected, Arabic a plus, with a Master’s degree and up to 2 years of experience in corporate/transaction banking.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate with a Master Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, Trade Finance or Transaction Banking is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial terminology for transactions.
• Credit analysis capabilities.
• Front-office/client servicing experience.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client utilizations across GCM products and run relevant reports.
• Analyze transaction profitability and contribute to portfolio optimization.
• Review client documentation with OPG and Legal teams.

Missions

Transaction Banking is part of the International Trade and Transaction Banking (ITB) business line, covering the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region from Dubai; it is in charge of cash management and short term loans. Export Finance is also part of ITB and is responsible for the origination, structuring and arranging of financing with credit enhancement provided by Export Credit Agencies (“ECAs”) and multilaterals (World Bank, etc.).

Your concrete missions will be the following :

Global Cash Management

• Monitor client utilizations across GCM products, including running relevant reports and maintaining regular client contact
• Analyze transaction profitability and contribute to portfolio optimization
  Review client documentation in coordination with OPG and Legal teams
• Analyze CA-CIB's existing client base to identify cross-sell and business development opportunities across the globe
• Coordinate with Middle Office and Compliance teams for KYC onboarding and periodic reviews when required

General

• Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations and other marketing materials
• Attend client meetings and draft call reports
• Perform other internal tasks as may be necessary and including but, not limited to tasks related to reporting or budget purposes

To be eligible for a VIE :

• Beless than 28 years old
• Be postgraduate of a Master degree

You are postgraduate of an University or a Business School with a Master Degree in Business, finance, accounting, economics or similar.

• Experience in Corporate Finance, Trade Finance or Transaction Banking would be a plus
• Experience in internal processes and requirements of CACIB or a leading international financial institution would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (balance sheet / cash flows / income statements) and financial terminology for covered / uncovered transactions
