Job summary

A leading engineering company in Dubai is looking for an expert in HVAC design. The role involves HVAC selection, duct design, and cost estimation. A solid understanding of CAD, Ansys, and SolidWorks is required for preparing layouts. The successful candidate will also prepare technical submittals and coordinate with contractors for project specification approvals. Strong skills in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma are desirable.

Job description

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

• HVAC selection / Duct design / Acoustics calculations / Cost Estimation
• Software integration, Calibration knowledge will be preferred
• Preparing Technical Submittal and make selections
• Preparation of CAD layout based on the site details (Sectional drawings). Knowledge about CAD, CAM, Ansys, SolidWorks will be required
• Preparation of Project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator
• Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule select fan models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet
• Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/consultant for approval
• Process improvement & Lean Six Sigma knowledge will be preferred
