Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai invites applications for a Trainee - Graphic Designer to kick off a career in luxury branding. You will support the design team with fresh concepts, resize and adapt artwork, and help deliver high-quality visuals for campaigns across channels.

Collaborating with senior designers, you will research trends, ensure accuracy, and assist with campaign production while honing your craft in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design.
• Re-size, adapt, and construct artwork to align with brand standards.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid sense of aesthetics and visual design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft tools.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Understanding of typography/illustration styles plus layout balance.
• Experience in animation (GIF/MP4) and video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on new design ideas and pitches with Graphic Designer.
• Research trends and contribute to upcoming campaigns.
• Assist in adaptations and executions for frequent campaigns.
• Manage projects and work effectively within a team.
• Stay updated on retail and luxury fashion trends.
