Position summary

“Launch” is our new pathway for graduates to transition seamlessly into the business. The programme is designed for ambitious graduates (Bachelors, Masters or PhD level) who are ready to make an impact from day one, supported with on the job learning and career progression opportunities.

This Trainee Customer Operations Officer role sits at the heart of our ME&A Customer Team and links service lines, regional teams and projects, ensuring effective co-ordination and fleet health delivery. It supports smooth operations, drives customer alignment and collaborates closely with teams in Middle East & Africa and Derby (UK).

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing effective working relationships with the Engineering, Maintenance Planning and Operational Planning teams for our customers
  • Supporting Transformation and Performance projects in conjunction with teams around UK and Global regions
  • Collaborating with Rolls-Royce teams involved in on-wing and off-wing activities, while gaining hands-on experience across different functions
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of tools and processes that enable smooth operation of the Aftermarket Operations Team
  • Collaborating and aligning with the Customer Regional Team in Middle East & Africa and the Customer Aftermarket Service Teams in Derby (UK) to develop a global perspective of Rolls-Royce operations
