Job summary

Remotedxb, a leading digital asset platform, seeks a product-focused professional to study how users choose between copy trading, bots, and self-built strategies to guide product decisions.

You will work with engineering, data science, AI, risk, design, and operations to deliver high-quality product launches and to track trends in copy trading and AI investment tools, improving trader discovery and risk transparency.

Responsibilities

• Research how novice, advanced, and professional users choose between copy trading, bots, and self-built strategies to drive product decisions
• Collaborate with engineering, quantitative research, AI, risk control, design, and operations teams to clarify requirements and drive high-quality product launches
• Track cutting-edge trends in copy trading, quantitative tools, and AI investment products to form independent product judgments
• Drive the optimization of classic robot strategies, parameter understandability, AI strategy exploration, and performance attribution displays
• Optimize trader discovery and trust systems, copy trading configurations, risk control experiences, and position transparency

Requirements

• Genuine interest in trading behavior and financial products with the ability to grasp core logic in complex domains
• Strong independent drive to define goals and paths when requirements are unclear
• Understanding of user psychology in risk-decision scenarios (e.g., why users select specific traders or adjust parameters)
• Clear product judgment regarding information clarity and risk presentation
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to build consensus between technical, quant, and risk teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Full project experience in copy trading, social trading, trading bots, or quantitative platforms
• Deep interest in or heavy usage of mainstream copy trading or quantitative strategy tools
• Experience or insights into AI product directions and natural language interaction in finance
• Experience in user research, data analysis, or A/B testing
