Job summary

Navira Financial Market LLC in Dubai seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day trading operations and support functions. The role ensures timely trade execution, accurate reporting, and strict regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with trading, risk, compliance and customer support teams to resolve issues, drive process improvements, and support onboarding and training for operations staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations management within financial services, brokerage, or trading environments.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset products, online trading platforms, and trade life cycle processes.
• Proficiency in process improvement, workflow optimization, and setting operational standards and procedures.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret operational data and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to SCA-approved brokers and global markets.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and staffing.
• Comfort with technology and trading systems; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with back-office platforms are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience working in Dubai or regional financial markets is beneficial; fluency in English required, additional languages are an asset.
