Job summary

Traze, part of Zeal Group, seeks a Junior Trading Operations Executive in Dubai to join the Trading Operations team. You’ll work across platform administration, liquidity connectivity, trade monitoring, reconciliations, and reporting in a regulated multi-asset environment.

This role provides hands-on exposure to operational, technical, and analytical functions while collaborating with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams to ensure compliant, efficient trade processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Trading Operations, FX/CFD brokerage, financial markets, fintech, or banking.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle, order types, and trading platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Comfortable working within a rotating shift environment, including some nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of trading accounts and trade-related activities.
• Assist MT5 platform administration, liquidity connectivity, and pricing feeds.
• Monitor trading activity to identify unusual or prohibited trading behaviour and support investigations.
• Perform daily reconciliations and operational reporting to ensure accuracy of trade records and balances.
• Support development of reporting and monitoring tools to improve operations.
• Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams.

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Trading Operations Executive to join our Trading Operations team, operating under our CMA Category 1 licensed activity. This is a pure A-Book brokerage. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the operational, technical, and analytical functions that support a regulated multi‑asset brokerage. You will work closely with Trading, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to support platform administration, liquidity connectivity, trade monitoring, reconciliations, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Trading Operations & Client Support: Support the day‑to‑day administration of trading accounts and trade‑related activities, ensuring client requests, account records, and trade information are processed accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Platform Administration & Liquidity Operations: Support the administration and monitoring of MT5 trading infrastructure, including MT5 Groups, Gateways, liquidity provider connectivity, FIX API integrations, pricing feeds, trading instruments, and market configurations to ensure smooth and efficient trading operations
• Trade Monitoring & Market Surveillance: Monitor trading activity to identify unusual, suspicious, or prohibited trading behaviour, supporting internal investigations and ensuring compliance with company policies, client agreements, and regulatory standards
• Reconciliation, Reporting & Analytics: Perform daily reconciliations and operational reporting, helping to ensure the accuracy of trade records, account balances, and transaction data while highlighting discrepancies and operational risks
• Process Improvement & Automation Support: Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives by supporting system enhancements, testing new configurations, and assisting with the development of reporting and monitoring tools
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support smooth trade processing, regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and ongoing business operations

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Trading Operations, FX/CFD brokerage, financial markets, fintech, or banking
• Basic understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle, order types, and trading platforms
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Comfortable working within a rotating shift environment, including some nights/weekends as required

Desirable Skills

• Experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) administration or support
• Knowledge of MT5 Gateways, Group configurations, and liquidity provider connectivity
• Understanding of FIX API connectivity and trade routing concepts
• Exposure to trade monitoring, market surveillance, fraud detection, or risk management processesWorking knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Experience within an FX/CFD brokerage or multi‑asset trading environment
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
