A fast-growing international energy trading company is seeking a Trading Contracts Manager to support their Legal, Compliance & Contracts team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance of contracts, as well as handling contractual disputes and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in trading and legal functions, and a Bachelor's degree in law or related field. Qualifications

• 7+ years in trading, operations, or legal functions of a trading company.
• 4+ years in contracts management, preferably in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and approve sales and purchase confirmations.
• Ensure all agreements comply with AT/ADNOC policies.
• Highlight and report any deviations or breaches.
• Support in resolving contractual disputes and negotiating agreements.
• Review third-party terms and negotiate amendments.
• Act as gatekeeper for contract clauses and templates.
• Maintain accurate records of all confirmations and contracts.
