Khalifah A City UAE is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate measurement, analysis and mapping of land areas to determine optimal uses.

Responsibilities include researching land records, using GPS and CAD to measure boundaries, collaborating with engineers to analyze survey data for construction projects, plotting results on maps, inspecting sites for plan compliance, and preparing reports and diagrams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Experience with topographical surveying methods.
• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and CAD proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of land records and deeds.
• Use GPS and other technology to measure land boundaries and topography.
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze survey data for construction projects.
• Plot survey results on maps and CAD drawings.
• Inspect construction sites to ensure plans are followed.
• Prepare reports, sketches, and maps detailing surveys.
