Job summary

Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centric care in the Post Natal Ward, upholding ethical and professional standards.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, support positive experiences, and mentor junior staff while adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential.
• At least 2 years current/recent experience in Post Natal Ward and newborn care.
• Strong English communication and basic Arabic language skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and healthcare documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks per risk policies and regulations.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competency.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
