Job summary

ALBA CORP is seeking an automotive window tint installer to apply window tint films with precision and pride. You will measure, cut, and apply films, prep surfaces, and inspect finished work for quality.

You’ll collaborate with service advisors, advise customers on care, and help manage stock while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a busy shop. The role requires at least 1 year of tinting experience, familiarity with heat guns and squeegees, and good English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a window tint installer (auto).
• Familiarity with tools like heat guns, squeegees, cutting blades.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in warm workshop environments for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow structured processes.
• High school diploma or vocational certification (preferred).
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut and apply window tint film to vehicles using hand tools and heat equipment.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces and ensure cleanliness before application.

• Handle different types of tint film (ceramic, dyed, metallic) as per customer specifications.

• Report film inventory needs and assist with stock control.
• Meet daily installation targets while ensuring top-tier workmanship.
• Perform quality checks to uphold company standards.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new tint technologies.
