Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Input of personnel timesheets into the electronic database system to meet the weekly and monthly payroll deadlines
• Billing support including raising of invoices
• Calculation of accounting entries and processing into system
• Check the coding and arithmetical accuracy of hours and data received
• Monthly input of all overtime payments received for offshore personnel (allowances / excess days)
• Accurate entry of standby and training into time writing database
• Accurate recording of expenses
• Assistance with preparation of monthly client invoices in accordance with contract commercial terms and conditions
• General administrative support to the team
