Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tile Mason role based in Dubai. The Tile Mason will install and repair floor, wall, and ceiling tiles using materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, and stone in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include surface preparation, layout planning, cutting and fitting tiles, mixing and applying adhesives and grout, and ensuring accurate alignment and level finishes. The role involves reading drawings or work instructions, coordinating with supervisors and other trades, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The Tile Mason will also inspect completed work for quality, handle minor repairs, and assist with related finishing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in tile installation, including surface preparation, cutting, fitting, grouting, and finishing.
• Ability to read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and layout plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of safe use of hand tools, cutting tools, mixing equipment, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work on floors, walls, and ceilings for extended periods.
• Previous experience as a Tile Mason, Tile Fixer, or similar role in renovation or construction environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other trades on-site.
• Willingness to follow company procedures, maintain punctuality, and deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in masonry, tiling, or construction trades is an advantage.
