Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage invites an experienced Bastien Beautician/ Therapist to join the Health & Beauty team in Dubai. You will perform Bastien treatments with excellence, drive retail revenue, and guide guests through the full treatment journey from booking to post-service recommendations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a luxury resort or five-star hotel, strong nail salon expertise, creativity, dynamism, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Strong experience in Nail Salon and related treatments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests, recommend Bastien treatments and products.
• Handle bookings, perform treatments, and ensure flawless service.

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Bastien Beautician/ Therapist - Mani-Pedi Cure to join the One&Only Health & Beauty team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues.

The Bastien’s beautician will be providing all Bastien treatments perfectly and has good retail power. He/she is fully responsible for his/her treatment and all tasks that he/she is delivering. All the standard corresponding must be known and followed flawlessly. He/she has an important role in interacting with his/her guests, recommending Bastien treatments, bookings, realizing treatments, and recommending products. He/she needs to be independent with the guest journey and able to handle a guest from A to Z. Responsible for revenue generation through retail, up selling and cross sales to other business centers in the Spa.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Bastien Manager and should have at least 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must have a strong experience in Nail Salon, creative, dynamic, passionate, flexible and with good leadership skills. Excellent spoken and written English will be required.
