Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking an experienced Asian Cuisine Chef to lead authentic and contemporary Asian menus, elevating guest dining experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor cooks, and work with the Executive Chef on concepts and seasonal changes, ensuring cost targets and food safety standards are met in a vibrant Dubai environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Asian cuisine teams in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients, techniques and plating.
• Proven ability to manage food costs and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, presentation, and innovation of authentic and contemporary Asian cuisine.
• Organize activities within a Restaurant Kitchen for safe, smooth, profitable operation.
• Develop and maintain Asian cuisine concepts and seasonal menus.
• Research and introduce new Asian culinary trends, ingredients and techniques.
• Source authentic Asian ingredients and manage food cost targets.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff in Asian cooking and plating standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu engineering and concept development.
• Adhere to Anantara guidelines to ensure consistent quality and safety.
