Job summary

E-Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Manager in Dubai to lead large-scale banking transformation testing programs across Corporate Banking and CIB platforms. You will design and govern test strategy, coordinate with business and tech teams, and drive automation initiatives to ensure quality releases.

The role requires deep knowledge of Corporate Banking, Intellect, and API/Trade Finance testing, with a track record in complex programs across GCC banks. Dubai location preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Testing & QA experience.
• Strong experience in Corporate Banking / Corporate Internet Banking (CIB).
• Hands-on experience with Intellect Banking Platform.
• Expertise in Corporate Payments, H2H Integration, API Banking, and Trade Finance.
• Experience in Test Management, Test Governance, and Stakeholder Management.
• Strong exposure to Automation Testing Strategy & Implementation.
• Preferred experience working with GCC Banks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing engagements for Corporate Banking programs.
• Drive test strategy, planning, execution, and governance.
• Manage automation adoption and quality assurance initiatives.
