About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Territory Manager – Aftermarket (MEA) with 3–5 years of sales experience in the independent automotive aftermarket (IAM) across the Middle East & Africa region. The role focuses on managing distributors, implementing sales strategies, expanding market share, forecasting, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution & Territory Management: Implement defined sales tactics and product‑category strategies for the MEA region.
- Manage annual sales planning, sales campaigns, and sales activities with the Senior Sales Manager.
- Achieve sales targets, coverage, and profitability objectives within assigned territory.
- Directly manage customer accounts, commercial agreements, pricing, credit limits, payment terms, and classification.
- Forecast, chase, and confirm monthly orders to ensure accurate sales closing.
- Customer & Market Engagement: Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Conduct distribution analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, products, trends, and pricing.
- Support customer events, race events, trade fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide sales reporting by customer, region, and product line.
- Analyze volume gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor customer stock levels, coverage, and range effectiveness.
- Brand Development & Compliance: Support brand protection initiatives, raid actions, and local promoters.
- Drive strategic programs such as “Trusted Program” and other aftermarket initiatives.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with the AM Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
- Collaborate with KAMs and senior managers on market strategy, demand planning, and forecasting.
Work Mode & Salary
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office / week). Salary Range: AED 15,000–20,000 + Performance Bonus + Standard Benefits.

Senior Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in independent automotive aftermarket sales.
- Strong understanding of automotive spare parts, distribution channels, and IAM customers.
- Basic technical knowledge of automotive components.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and professional customer‑facing presence.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Ability to deliver technical‑commercial product training.
- Experience working with multi‑country territories (MEA).
