Work Flexibility: Field-based

We are looking for a Territory Lead for our Trauma & Extremities department in Abu Dhabi:

What you will do
  • Promote and sell Stryker Trauma & Extremities solutions across the Abu Dhabi region, ensuring optimal product adoption and customer satisfaction.

  • Become the resident expert on Trauma implants, fixation systems, extremities solutions and related instrumentation, supporting surgeons with high‑level clinical and technical knowledge.

  • Build, strengthen and maintain long‑term relationships with orthopedic trauma surgeons, OR staff, procurement teams and hospital decision‑makers.

  • Monitor market dynamics in the Trauma & Extremities segment, including competitor activity, product innovations and regulatory changes, and provide regular updates to your manager.

  • Execute sales activities to achieve or exceed regional targets, in line with company strategy; deliver required sales reporting.

  • Plan, conduct and document field activities including hospital visits, product demonstrations, workshops and case support.

  • Evaluate customer needs and prepare accurate, complete material lists for trauma procedures and product requests.

  • Guide customers through purchasing processes (tender, direct purchase, leasing, etc.) and collaborate closely with the tender department for all procurement‑related projects.

  • Track product deliveries in Abu Dhabi, ensure timely communication with customers and support efficient inventory management where applicable.

  • Oversee product delivery and installation, provide user training for OR teams, and attend trauma procedures to ensure optimal product usage and outcomes.

  • Manage billing accuracy and coordinate with Finance/Accounting to ensure timely payment collection.

  • Handle customer feedback or complaints in collaboration with Quality, ensuring corrective actions and transparent communication.

  • Prepare and maintain congress/workshop/demo materials, ensuring sterilization, availability and proper storage.

  • Support Marketing with scientific events, cadaver labs, workshops and educational initiatives in the Trauma & Extremities field.

  • Assist the logistics team when required to maintain smooth operations in the territory.

What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales; Trauma, Orthopedics or Extremities experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of orthopedic trauma procedures, implants and OR environment (training provided if needed).

  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and sound decision‑making abilities.

  • High integrity, accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines on sales and operational tasks.

  • Customer‑focused, adaptable, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage in the Abu Dhabi healthcare landscape.

  • Good command of MS Office tools.

  • Valid driving licence.

  • Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn, grow and support colleagues when needed.
