A leading medical device company in Dubai is seeking a Territory Lead for Sports Medicine. This role involves driving business growth through strategic planning and building relationships with healthcare professionals. As a Territory Lead, Sports Medicine (Dubai), you will champion Stryker’s innovative portfolio of arthroscopic instruments, implants, and capital equipment — helping surgeons restore mobility and get patients back to active life faster. You will partner closely with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and operating room teams, becoming their trusted expert on Stryker’s sports medicine solutions across multiple joints and soft tissues. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive territory growth through meaningful customer relationships, clinical excellence, and proactive support. Define and execute a strategic plan for your assigned territory (Dubai), prioritizing key accounts and identifying opportunities to grow Stryker’s Sports Medicine business.
Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide business decisions and uncover potential segments.
Conduct detailed demonstrations of medical equipment, highlighting features, benefits, and applications. Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on the use and advantages of the instruments, implants, equipment & other medical products.
Support tender, procurement, and leasing processes in collaboration with internal partners.
Oversee material deliveries and installations, provide product training to healthcare professionals, and attend procedures when required.
Escalate customer feedback or complaints appropriately and ensure actions are communicated back to stakeholders.
Work with Marketing to support scientific events, share territory insights, and coordinate educational activities.
Maintain accurate records of territory activities and ensure all actions comply with company standards, policies, and quality requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, medical sciences, or a related field
2–3 years of corporate experience in commercial, technical, or customer-facing roles within the medical device industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High integrity and commitment to patient safety
Proficiency in English
Valid UAE driving license
Experience with Sports Medicine/Endoscopy products or technologies (preferred)
Arabic language skills (preferred)
