Job description

We are looking for a Territory Lead for our Neurovascular Division in Dubaï:

What you will do
  • Promote and sell the company’s products while ensuring strong alignment with customer needs.

  • Become the resident expert of your product line, engaging confidently with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

  • Build, maintain and expand strong business relationships across your territory to drive commercial growth.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that accelerate territory performance and consistently exceed targets.

  • Lead all sales activities in line with regional objectives and company strategy; prepare accurate sales reports for management.

  • Plan, execute and document customer and partner visits, meetings and product demonstrations based on sales priorities and customer demands.

  • Assess customer proposal requests and prepare complete material lists tailored to clinical needs.

  • Educate customers on procurement channels (tenders, direct purchase, leasing, etc.) and collaborate with the tender team on awarded projects, ensuring proper execution and reporting.

  • Track material delivery timelines and ensure consistent communication with customers.

  • Oversee product delivery and installation, conduct post-sales user training, and attend surgical cases as needed.

  • Manage invoicing processes and coordinate with Finance & Accounting to ensure timely collections.

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints by collaborating with Quality Management, implementing corrective actions, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

  • Prepare congress and demo materials, ensure proper usage during events, and return materials in sterilized, undamaged condition.

  • Coordinate scientific support requests and plans with the marketing team; support regional marketing activities.

  • Provide support to the logistics team when required.

  • Maintain high communication standards to secure the best possible patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What you need
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical sciences or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of commercial experience as a Territory Lead or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work independently, applying sound judgment and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.

  • Valid driving license.

  • High sense of responsibility and professionalism.

  • Strong teamwork skills and openness to change.

Preferred
  • Experience in a relevant medical or healthcare field.

  • Experience interacting with surgeons, clinicians, and complex hospital environments.

  • Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and make informed decisions.
