Due to our global focus and international growth, PIPECARE EUROPE [part of PIPECARE Group] is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Europe, specializing in In‑Line Inspection Services.

Position Summary

The selected candidate will grow the customer base of PIPECARE Europe, introduce new customers to the benefits of our In‑Line Inspection services, and drive revenue growth. The role includes defining short‑term and long‑term goals, building key relationships with a partnering approach, identifying new business contacts, guiding customers through the contracting process, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The ideal candidate will lead and execute sales strategies, establish and maintain key client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

The Territory BDM will lead PIPECARE’s commercial expansion across Europe in the In‑Line Inspection Services sector, identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of pipeline integrity services and a strong network within the Oil and Gas and energy sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring performance against targets; collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services; act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks; analyze market data to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Assist in negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements; learn contract management processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, particularly technical and operations, to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities.
Required Qualifications and Background
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of technical or sales experience within the Oil and Gas (Energy) industry.
  • In‑depth knowledge of oil and gas pipelines or inspection services and market dynamics.
  • Analytical and pragmatic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to develop negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical and/or sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Remote (home office) position, living in Europe: Preferably France. Must be able to communicate in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
