A leading Oil and Gas services provider seeks a dynamic Territory Business Development Manager to expand their customer base across Europe. This role involves executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in In‑Line Inspection Services. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, strong knowledge of pipeline integrity services, and fluency in English and French, with a base in Europe. This is a remote position offering an international reach and impactful work in the industry.

Due to our global focus and international growth, PIPECARE EUROPE [part of PIPECARE Group] is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Europe, specializing in In‑Line Inspection Services.
The selected candidate will grow the customer base of PIPECARE Europe, introduce new customers to the benefits of our In‑Line Inspection services, and drive revenue growth. The role includes defining short‑term and long‑term goals, building key relationships with a partnering approach, identifying new business contacts, guiding customers through the contracting process, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The ideal candidate will lead and execute sales strategies, establish and maintain key client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
The Territory BDM will lead PIPECARE’s commercial expansion across Europe in the In‑Line Inspection Services sector, identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of pipeline integrity services and a strong network within the Oil and Gas and energy sectors.
A dynamic and international role in a highly committed business environment where you will be supported and trained in Pipeline Inspection Technologies and sales skills, becoming an independent and self‑supporting Sales Leader within a global company. You will be part of the Energy Transition, becoming a specialist in Asset Integrity Management to contribute to the sustainability of our People and Planet.
PIPECARE Group offers comprehensive In‑Line Inspection Services to identify and size pipeline threats. Utilizing advanced technologies such as Magnetic Flux Leakage, Transverse Field Inspection, Ultrasound, and specialized tools, PIPECARE ensures precise detection and assessment of pipeline anomalies.
In‑Line Inspection Services – PIPECARE locates, identifies, and sizes threats to support integrity management requirements.
Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL): Detects and sizes general corrosion and metal loss anomalies, especially circumferentially oriented.
Transverse Field Inspection (TFI): Detects and sizes general corrosion and metal loss anomalies, primarily axially oriented.
Ultrasound (UT): Detects and sizes general and other metal loss anomalies with high depth sizing accuracy.
Ultrasonic Crack Detection: Detects and sizes cracks and colonies of cracks.
Caliper (Geometry): Detects and sizes deviations in the ideal circular shape of a pipeline (dents, ovalities, wrinkles, etc.).
Combo Tools: Use multiple measurement systems in various combinations.
Specialized Tubing Technologies: Designed for Furnace and Downhole Operations.
