Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V in Dubai seeks a Tendering Engineer - E&I to join a top-qualified team. You will prepare thorough BOQs for piping works, develop MTOs to support procurement, and ensure accurate progress updates and data integrity across EPC projects.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years in Quantity Surveying within Oil & Gas EPC contexts, with strong piping materials knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, Excel, and P&ID interpretation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering (Mechanical).
• Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of piping materials commonly used in oil and gas projects.
• Proficient in interpreting isometric drawings P&IDs painting specifications insulation specification and other piping-related technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Effective communication and technical reporting.
• Team collaboration and cross-discipline coordination.
• Adaptability in fast-paced project environments.
• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD Navisworks and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs for piping works including spool fabrication and erection with clear breakdowns.
• Prepare detailed BOQs for specialized piping services and create MTOs to support procurement and construction.
• Conduct accurate MTOs by reviewing SoW, P&IDs and other documents; capture all required materials.
• Collaborate with construction teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in progress reports.
• Develop comprehensive reports detailing quantities, progress metrics and management needs.
• Review and validate subcontractor invoices against contract terms and BOQs.
• Oversee piping materials management including PRs, orders, deliveries and stock control.
