Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Tender Coordinator eager to grow within a dynamic and international fast-paced environment.

You will join our Dubai-based Tender Team and contribute to the preparation and coordination of high-quality bids for complex design & build and construction projects across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of tender documentation including technical submissions, commercial offers, and compliance requirements.
• Act as the liaison between internal departments (design, engineering, QS, legal, etc.) to collect necessary inputs.
• Maintain and monitor tender trackers, deadlines, and submission schedules.
• Review tender instructions and ensure all bid components are aligned with client requirements.
• Assist in formatting, editing, and compiling proposal documents for submission.
• Support pre- and post-tender communication and clarifications with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in tender coordination, bid management, or technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, estimation process, and contractual terms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tendering procedures in the UAE or the Gulf region is mandatory.
