Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in core banking implementation, preferably with Temenos T24.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, project management, business analysis, and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Temenos T24 certification, project management certification (e.g., PMP).

Responsibilities

• Manage the core banking implementation project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Configure the Temenos T24 system, including setting up parameters, workflows, and user access.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders, analyze, and document them.
• Design and propose solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with the core banking system's capabilities.
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and is free from defects.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
• Manage stakeholders, including project sponsors, business users, and technical teams.
