Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Water Filter Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective and existing customers over the phone, educating them on the benefits of our water filtration products, and closing sales to meet and exceed monthly targets. English / Arabic Speaking is a must

Skills
  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) and follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.1
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
  • Customer Education & Consultation:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our water filtration systems (e.g., Reverse Osmosis, Whole House Filters, water softeners) and their technical specifications.
  • Articulate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our products to customers, addressing their concerns about water quality, health, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Listen actively to customer needs and recommend the most suitable filtration solution.2
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Handle customer objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales over the phone.
  • Accurately process orders, payments, and document all sales activities.3
  • Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for technical consultation or installation when necessary.
  • Database & Reporting:
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to log calls, update customer information, track lead status, and maintain meticulous records of all interactions.4
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
