Job summary

Mashreq invites a seasoned Manager - Technology, Core Banking Transformation to drive our Core Banking and Payments Transformation Program across six countries. You will support implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE and related payments solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technology, processes and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core banking and transaction banking products.
• Experience with program delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in multi-country rollouts and large transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements management, solution reviews, testing and migration readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across CIBG, Operations, Technology, Product Teams, Vendors and the PMO.
• Support country rollout activities and ensure regulatory compliance and delivery timelines.
