Job summary

R&B Fashion is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to service and troubleshoot automated warehouse systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, ASRS, and PLC-based equipment, calibrate sensors, and support safety compliance.

Collaboration with warehouse operations and accurate documentation are essential. Candidates should have 3–5 years in maintenance of automation equipment, with strong knowledge of electrical systems and PLC diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of warehouse automation systems or industrial equipment.
• Proficient in electrical systems, control panels, PLC diagnostics, and mechanical drive systems.
• Experience with WMS-integrated automation equipment and HMI interfaces preferred.
• IT literacy for basic diagnostics, system updates and maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibility:

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate sensors, actuators, and electrical components as per operational standards.

Operational Support

• Collaborate with warehouse operations to resolve automation-related interruptions in workflow.
• Maintain logs of maintenance tasks and interventions in compliance with SOPs.

System & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all automation equipment operates in accordance with HSE and operational safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections and report potential safety hazards or malfunctioning components.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment uptime and warehouse efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts used, and system modifications.
• Generate technical reports and provide feedback on recurrent issues for process improvements.
• Support root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) initiatives.
