Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions seeks a Technical Support Coordinator for Aircraft Engine MRO in Dubai. You will analyze technical data, author and review shop visit reports and engine release documents, and manage service bulletin updates within the engine shop environment.

The role requires engine maintenance knowledge, experience with workscoping, and collaboration with OEMs to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards and MOE/EPM/SOP procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 years of industry experience in Technical Support or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of engine maintenance, workscoping and instruction authoring.
• Thorough understanding of OEM guidelines and airworthiness standards.
• Experience reviewing and approving service bulletins and ADs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize technical information for cost-effective solutions.
• Draft and review technical writing including shop visit reports and engine release docs.
• Review revisions and updates to Service Bulletins.
• Coordinate with engine shop processes: maintenance planning, disassembly, inspection, assembly and testing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with MOE, EPMs and SOPs, liaising with OEMs as needed.

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Coordinator - Aircraft Engine MRO for one of our very well-known client's MRO Engine Shop facility based in their Dubai office.

Job Description:

• Ability to analyze and synthesize technical information to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation, including shop visit reports and engine release documents.
• Experience in manual revision reviews and Service Bulletin updates.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning, engine disassembly, inspection, assembly, and testing processes.
• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Engineering Procedure Manuals (EPMs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance with airworthiness requirements and OEM standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Support or an equivalent role.
• Extensive knowledge of engine maintenance, workscoping, and job instruction authoring.
• Thorough understanding of OEM guidelines, Airworthiness regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in reviewing, preparing, and approving workscopes, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
• Proficiency in Technical Documentation, including task card preparation and customization.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS or similar) for task card management and shop floor planning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience coordinating with OEMs for technical support.
• Knowledge of repair processes, tooling, and modification implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
