Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • Proven B2B Food industry experience in the UAE & lower Gulf region.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and presentation tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers.

Technical Sales Manager – Food Ingredients. Are you passionate about the Food Ingredients industry with a strong background in B2B technical sales? We are seeking driven and dynamic Technical Sales Managers to join our team in Dubai & Riyadh.

Industry: Chemical Distribution (Food Ingredients)

What you’ll do
  • Drive revenue & profit growth through new business development and existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers across Bakery, Confectionery, Dairy, Beverage & Flavors.
  • Provide technical support and innovative solutions to customers.
  • Develop new leads, convert strategic accounts, and expand our supplier network.
  • Ensure sales targets, CRM updates, and reporting processes are met consistently.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • Proven B2B Food industry experience in the UAE & lower Gulf region.
